Dear Homeowner,

As many of you may or may not be aware, the fees for membership in the Crooked Creek Heights West Homeowners Association are now due by January first of each year.  This payment schedule differs from the payment schedule used in years prior to 2005.  As a result of this change in the billing cycle, which began in January of 2005, the association has been lenient in accepting late payments without assessing any penalties.  Since all homeowners have now been given ample time to adjust to the new payment schedule, a late fee for unpaid dues is being reintroduced.  For those that continue to have an outstanding balance owed to the association as of July 1, 2007, a $25.00 late fee will be added to your account.  If the fees continue to go unpaid, as of August 1, 2007, your account will be turned over to a collection agency. 

It is not our desire to tarnish anyone's credit rating.  It is our desire to continue to maintain and improve our housing development in order to make Crooked Creek Heights West a desired place to live.  If you feel there is an error in the billing for your lot, please feel free to submit any copies showing proof of payment, such as a cancelled check, and we would be happy to make corrections to your account.  If you have additional questions regarding your account please contact the association treasurer, Laura Dresen at 317.334.1059.
