Function of the Board of Directors
The board is responsible for upholding the covenants, conditions and restrictions in order to carry out the mission of the Crooked Creek Heights West Homeowners Association. Specifically, the Board is responsible for architectural improvement requests, yearly budgeting, monthly expenditures, control and maintenance of the community common grounds, and presiding over various neighborhood services.
